1. Disconnect Your Ad Accounts
In WordPress, go to the settings page in the appropriate plugin and click Disconnect next to Google or Meta. Bluvia revokes its access and deletes the stored access tokens immediately.
2. Remove Bluvia's Access on the Platform
Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Bluvia, and remove access.
Meta: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy ā Settings ā Business integrations, select Bluvia, and click Remove.
3. Delete Your Data
To delete the advertising data Bluvia has stored for your account, along with any other personal information we hold, email support@bluvia.io from your account’s email address with the subject “Data deletion request” and your site’s URL. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.
