Subscriptions
The Subscriptions area of your Bluvia A/B Testing account is where you can review and manage your paid plans.
Use Subscriptions for billing-related actions such as reviewing your current plan, managing renewals, upgrading or changing your plan, and canceling a subscription.
License and website management are handled separately under License.
View Your Subscriptions
Sign in to your Bluvia A/B Testing account and select Subscriptions from the account navigation.
This page displays the subscriptions associated with your account.
Use this area to review the current status and billing information for your Bluvia A/B Testing plans.
Subscriptions vs. Licenses
Subscriptions and licenses serve different purposes in Bluvia A/B Testing.
Subscriptions
Use Subscriptions to manage:
- Your plan
- Billing
- Renewals
- Plan changes
- Subscription cancellation
Licenses
Use License to manage:
- Your Bluvia A/B Testing licenses
- Connected WordPress websites
- License status
- Website disconnection
- Available licenses
A license determines where Premium access is being used, while a subscription determines the plan and billing associated with that access.
Managing Your Plan
Use your subscription to review or make changes to your current Bluvia A/B Testing plan.
Depending on your current plan and available options, you may be able to upgrade or make other plan changes from your account.
Before changing plans, review the available features and billing information so you understand how the change will affect your subscription.
Renewals
Active subscriptions may renew according to the billing period associated with the plan.
Review your subscription information to confirm its current status and renewal details.
If you no longer want the subscription to renew, use the available cancellation option before the next renewal.
Canceling a Subscription
Canceling a subscription is different from disconnecting a website.
Use Subscriptions when you want to cancel the plan and its future billing.
Use License when you only want to disconnect the current WordPress website so the license can be used elsewhere.
Disconnecting a website does not cancel its subscription.
Before canceling, review the subscription details so you understand how cancellation will affect your plan and Premium access.
Moving Premium to Another Website
You don’t need to cancel your subscription just because you want to use its license on another WordPress website.
Instead:
- Open License in your Bluvia A/B Testing account.
- Manage the currently connected license.
- Disconnect the existing website.
- Confirm that the license becomes Available.
- Connect Bluvia A/B Testing Premium from the new WordPress website.
Your subscription can remain active while you change the website using the license.

Payments
Subscription management and payment history are also kept separate.
Use Subscriptions to manage your plan and renewal.
Use Payments when you need to review previous payment activity associated with your Bluvia A/B Testing account.

If you have a billing or subscription issue that you can’t resolve from your account dashboard, contact Bluvia A/B Testing Support.
When contacting Support, include the account and subscription information relevant to the issue, but don’t send your password or other account credentials.
