Changing Your Password
You can change the password used to access your Bluvia A/B Testing account from your account settings.
Change Your Password
To update your password:
- Sign in to your Bluvia A/B Testing account.
- Select your profile menu in the upper-right corner.
- Select Change Password
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Enter the new password again to confirm it.
- Select Update Password.
Your new password will be used the next time you sign in to your Bluvia A/B Testing account.
Choosing a New Password
Your new password must meet the requirements shown on the Password page.
Bluvia A/B Testing requires passwords to include:
- At least 8 characters.
- At least one uppercase letter.
- At least one lowercase letter.
- At least one number.
The New Password and Confirm New Password fields must also match.
If Your Password Isn’t Accepted
If you can’t save your new password, check that:
- Your current password was entered correctly.
- Your new password meets all password requirements.
- The confirmation matches your new password.
Correct any highlighted requirements and select Save again.
Changing Your Password and WordPress
Your Bluvia A/B Testing account password is separate from your WordPress password.
Changing your password here changes the credentials used for your Bluvia A/B Testing account. It does not change the password you use to sign in to your WordPress site.
Connected Websites
Changing your account password does not disconnect your existing Bluvia A/B Testing licenses or WordPress websites.
Your existing website and license connections remain associated with your account.
