Accessing Your Bluvia Account
Your Bluvia A/B Testing account dashboard is where you manage account-level information outside of your WordPress website.
From the dashboard, you can manage your licenses, connected websites, subscriptions, payments, and account settings.
Access Your Account Dashboard
Sign in to your Bluvia A/B Testing account using the email address and password associated with your account.
Once signed in, you’ll see your account dashboard and the available account navigation.
Your dashboard is separate from the Bluvia A/B Testing interface inside WordPress.
Account Navigation
The account dashboard includes the following areas:
My Profile
View your basic account information.
Payments
Review payments associated with your Bluvia A/B Testing account.
Subscriptions
View and manage your Bluvia A/B Testing subscriptions and plans.
License
View your licenses, connected websites, license status, and plan information.
Settings
Manage your account information and password.
Account Settings
You can also access Settings from your profile menu in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
The Settings area includes two sections.
General
View and update account information including:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
Select Save after making changes.
Password
Use the Password section to change the password for your Bluvia A/B Testing account.
You’ll need to enter:
- Your current password.
- Your new password.
- The new password again to confirm it.
Select Save to apply the change.

Managing Licenses
Use License when you need to manage the connection between Bluvia A/B Testing Premium and your WordPress websites.
The Licenses dashboard shows the licenses associated with your account and information such as:
- Plugin
- License ID
- Plan
- Connected website
- Status
A license may show as Connected when it’s currently associated with a website or Available when it can be connected to a website.
Select Manage to view the details for an individual license.

Managing Subscriptions
Use Subscriptions for billing-related management of your Bluvia A/B Testing plans.
This is separate from license management.
As a general rule:
License ā Where your Premium access is being used.
Subscriptions ā The plan, billing, and renewal associated with that access.
Disconnecting a website from a license doesn’t automatically cancel its subscription.

Reviewing Payments
Use Payments to review payment activity associated with your Bluvia A/B Testing account.
License management and payment history are kept separate so you can manage your website connections without changing your billing information.

Most day-to-day experimentation happens inside WordPress.
Use Bluvia A/B Testing in WordPress to:
- Create experiments
- Configure Variants
- Launch and manage tests
- Review experiment results
- Manage experiment data
- Configure plugin settings
Use your Bluvia A/B Testing account dashboard to:
- Manage licenses
- Review connected websites
- Manage subscriptions
- Review payments
- Update account information
- Change your password
If you’re unsure where to perform an action, consider whether you’re changing the experiment or WordPress plugin or managing your Bluvia A/B Testing account.
