Account Settings
Your Bluvia A/B Testing account settings let you view and update the basic information associated with your account.
Use Account Settings when you need to update your name or account email address.
Access Account Settings
To open your account settings:
- Sign in to your Bluvia A/B Testing account.
- Select your profile menu in the upper-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Open General.
Your current account information will appear on this page.
Update Your Account Information
Under General, you can manage:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
Make the necessary changes and select Save.
Your updated information will then be associated with your Bluvia A/B Testing account.
Changing Your Email Address
Your email address is an important part of your Bluvia A/B Testing account.
It may be used when signing in, verifying account ownership, and connecting Bluvia A/B Testing Premium to WordPress.
If you change your email address, make sure you use the updated account information when signing in to Bluvia A/B Testing in the future.
Account Settings vs. Plugin Settings
There are separate settings for your Bluvia A/B Testing account and the WordPress Plugin.
Account Settings are available from your Bluvia A/B Testing account dashboard and control your account information.
Plugin Settings are available inside WordPress and control how Bluvia A/B Testing behaves on that website.
For example, use Plugin Settings to configure options such as confidence, required sample size, excluded IPs, logging, and notifications.

Changing Your Password
Password management is available separately under Settings ā Password.
You’ll need your current password before creating a new one.

Managing Licenses and Billing
Account Settings don’t control your licenses, connected websites, or subscriptions.
Use:
- License to manage licenses and connected WordPress websites.
- Subscriptions to manage plans, renewals, and cancellations.
- Payments to review payment history.
Keeping these areas separate lets you update your account information without changing your website connections or billing.
