Managing Licenses
The Licenses dashboard lets you view and manage the Bluvia A/B Testing licenses associated with your account.
Use this area to check license status, see which website is connected to a license, view license details, disconnect a website, or add another license.
View Your Licenses
Sign in to your Bluvia A/B Testing account and select License from the account navigation.
The Licenses dashboard displays the licenses currently associated with your account.
For each license, you can see information including:
- Plugin
- License ID
- Plan
- Connected website
- Status
Only licenses associated with your account appear in this area.
Understanding License Status
A license can appear in different states depending on whether it’s currently being used by a website.
Connected
Connected means the license is currently associated with a WordPress website.
The connected domain appears with the license so you can quickly identify where it’s being used.
Available
Available means the license isn’t currently connected to a website.
An Available license can be used when connecting Bluvia A/B Testing Premium from a WordPress website.
Website connections are initiated from WordPress. You don’t need to manually assign a domain to an Available license from the account dashboard.
View License Details
Select Manage next to a license to open its License Detail page.
For a connected license, you can review information such as:
- License key
- License status
- Current plan
- Connected website
- Plugin version
- WordPress version
- Connection date
- Last check-in
This information can help you confirm which website is using the license and whether the connection is active.
Your License Key
Each license has its own license key.
The License Detail page displays the key associated with the selected license.
Keep your license key private and avoid sharing it publicly.
In normal setup, you don’t need to manually copy and paste the license key into WordPress. Website activation is handled through the Bluvia A/B Testing Premium authentication process.
Add Another License
Select Add License from the Licenses dashboard when you need an additional Bluvia A/B Testing license.
Each license can be connected to one website at a time.
For example, if you want to use Bluvia A/B Testing Premium on two WordPress websites simultaneously, each website needs its own available license.
Your account can contain multiple Bluvia A/B Testing licenses, allowing you to manage multiple websites from the same account.
Disconnect a Website
If you no longer want a website associated with a license, open the license and select Disconnect Website.
You’ll be asked to confirm the action before the connection is removed.
When you disconnect a website:
- The website loses access to the Premium capabilities provided by the license.
- The license becomes Available.
- The license can be connected to another WordPress website.
- The subscription associated with the license remains active.
Disconnecting a website and canceling a subscription are separate actions.

Move a License to Another Website
You can use a license on another website by disconnecting it from its current website first.
Once the license shows as Available, begin the connection process from the new WordPress website.
You don’t need to manually enter the new website from the Licenses dashboard.

Manage Your Plan
Your License Detail page may also provide an option to upgrade the plan associated with the license.
Plan and billing management are separate from website activation.
Use Licenses when you need to manage where a license is being used.
Use Subscriptions when you need to review or manage billing, renewals, or cancellation.
License vs. Subscription
It’s helpful to think of licenses and subscriptions as two separate parts of your account.
License
Controls where Bluvia A/B Testing Premium is connected and being used.
Subscription
Controls the plan, billing, and renewal associated with your purchase.
For example, disconnecting a website makes its license available again but doesn’t cancel the subscription.
Canceling or changing billing should be handled from Subscriptions.
If a License Isn’t Connected
If a license shows as Available, you don’t need to configure the website from the Bluvia A/B Testing account dashboard.
Instead:
- Install and activate Bluvia A/B Testing Premium on the WordPress website.
- Begin the connection from WordPress.
- Sign in with the Bluvia A/B Testing account that owns the license.
- Complete the verification process.
- Bluvia A/B Testing will connect the available license to the website.
