Connecting Your Website

Before you can access Bluvia A/B Testing Premium features, you’ll need to connect your WordPress website to your Bluvia account.
Connecting your website verifies your license, enables Premium functionality, and allows your website to communicate securely with the Bluvia platform.
The connection process only takes a few moments and only needs to be completed once for each website.

Before You Begin

Before connecting your website, make sure you have:
  • The Bluvia A/B Testing Premium Plugin installed and activated
  • A Bluvia account
  • Access to your Bluvia account credentials
  • Administrator access to your WordPress website

Connecting Your Website

To connect your website:
  1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Bluvia ā†’ License.
  3. Enter the email associated with the Bluvia account.
  4. Send a one-time link.
  5. Click the link sent to the email.
Once the connection is complete, your website will be linked to your Bluvia account and Premium features will become available based on your subscription.

Verifying the Connection

After connecting your website, you should see:
  • A Connected status within the Bluvia plugin.
  • Your website listed in your Bluvia account.
  • Your current plan displayed within the plugin.
  • Premium features unlocked according to your subscription.
If everything appears as expected, your website is ready to use.

Managing Connected Websites

You can manage all connected websites from your Bluvia account dashboard.
From your account, you can:
  • View connected websites
  • Manage licenses
  • Disconnect a website
  • Transfer a license to another website
  • View your current subscription
Changes made to your subscription or license are automatically reflected on your connected websites.

Disconnecting a Website

If you no longer want a website connected to your Bluvia account, you can disconnect it at any time.
Disconnecting a website removes access to Premium features associated with your Bluvia account. Any features included in the free Bluvia A/B Testing WordPress Plugin will continue to function normally.
To disconnect a website:
  1. Open Bluvia ā†’ License ā†’ Plugin in the Bluvia Dashboard.
  2. Click Disconnect Website.
  3. Confirm the action.
Alternatively, you may be able to manage connected websites directly from your Bluvia account, depending on your subscription.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues

If you’re unable to connect your website, check the following:
  • Verify you’re signing in with the correct Bluvia account.
  • Confirm your website has internet access and can communicate with Bluvia servers.
  • Ensure your subscription or license is active.
  • Verify that you’re using the latest version of the Bluvia A/B Testing Premium Plugin.
  • Temporarily disable firewall or security plugins if they’re blocking outgoing requests.
